A good way to view your wellness is to look at how balanced you are in several areas of your life. Take a look at the Balance Wheel of Life below. Plot where you feel you are on each spoke from 1 to 10. Does your wheel roll smooth or like many of us does it have a wobble in it. If your wheel wobbles then this seminar is for you.

It has recently been discovered by scientists that approximately 95% of all health problems are related to stress. This high level of stress is unconsciously held in our bodies and mind. This unconscious stress contributes to how we respond to our outer environment and the stresses we come in contact with.
This 95% internal stress affects people physically, mentally and emotionally. It contributes to ill health, heart disease, high blood pressure, hypertension, stroke, anger, worrying, depression, anxiety, panic disorders, ADD/ADHD, arrhythmias, asthma, chronic fatigue, weight gain, lack of fitness, digestive disorders, sleep disorders, headaches, chronic pain, minor aches & pains and low energy.
This can affect the work place causing problems with: motivation, creativity, stress resiliency, focus, clarity, decision making, problem solving, unclear goals, being proactive, miscommunication, over reaction, conflict, holding self or the team back, and general sabotage of what we want in our lives. This can leave us ill equipped to cope with outer stresses let alone the unconscious 95% of the stress we carry within us.
It’s not the events or situations that create stress reactions; it’s how you are programmed to respond to those outer events.
We can change the negative programming and re-program for success through learning various effective tools through this seminar program. We offer computer stress testing using a heart monitor and a computer to show the incoherent heart rhythms (showing stress) and the coherent ones (showing resiliency to stress) that tell us how someone is coping with their outer environment. We do this for each participant before the seminar training and follow up at the end of the series with another stress test to give each person feedback on how they are integrating the tools that they are learning.
The seminar package is offered in a four day, two hours per day or evening session, over the course of four weeks.
The seminar can also be designed to address the needs of the company and its participants, as well as longer follow up programs can be designed to fine tune and help to keep motivated the positive changes that are being re-programmed. This can be offered through retreats or onsite follow up.
Permanent positive changes happen when people have re-programmed for success with effective tools and continue to practice what they have learned for ninety days.
We can support – coach – mentor positive changes for your employees!
